Up, Up and Away

Lisa's  Swing
Sometimes it's the smallest decisions that can pretty much change your life forever. - Felicity Porter

For you Bumpkin...remember this day?
I sure do.  Just like it was yesterday.

Bumpkin on a Swing said... We have far too much in common. I love this post, and that it includes paws to make a point!
I am Lisa, The Bumpkin, and I send you much love from the Sunny (oily but still sunny) beaches of The Mississippi Gulf Coast, I have found you through Louise, at Lou, Boos, and Shoes! I can't wait to read more! Do come and visit me at the swing won't you? I'll be back, you have a new follower, I am #43

So happy you found me and that I clicked back to visit you at the swing!
I'll see you again dear friend!  Swing on!!
Love, Carrie xoxo

Did you just quote Felicity? Because that pretty much made my night...

And this is a seriously perfect tribute to your friend.

Girl you know I did. I am THE Felicity aficionado. Been watching those dvd's for years since the show ended. It's entirely soothing and thought provoking and fabulous which I'm thinking you must know. :)

oh and I met Ben, but that's a different post.

a lovely post.

the best ones move along first, leaving the rest of us with time to make our lives here better, to be better human beings, to recognize the things that really matter in this life...I've attended two memorial services in the past 3 weeks...it makes you pay attention, appreciate, and open up wide to life...

What a heartfelt post, and again I'm so sorry to hear about what happened. It's crazy to think we can find friends through blogs that we otherwise would never have known. Glad she was a good friend to you!

Up, up & away in my beautiful balloon were the 1st words which came to my mind. Then it was Michael Jackson's "Gone Too Soon." Thank you for this lovely tribute to our precious girlfriend.
