It's a Big Mesh Egg. No, It's a Chair.

Confession:  I have spent far too much time this morning trying to justify purchasing one of these chairs.

It would provide serenity in the garden.
Wait.  I don't have a garden.
But it matches Blanket!
It would be perfect hanging in the stone courtyard.
Wait.  I don't have a stone courtyard.
It would be so inviting below my treehouse
Wait.  I don't have a treehouse.  Or a tree.
Awesome!  We'll hang it down where we dock the boat.
Okay now I'm just delusional.

Reality:  Apparently I need to move in order to fit one of these chairs into my life.
What IS it with Anthropologie and their totally tempting treasures? (alliteration!)

Cutest thing ever. It'll look great wherever you put it. It's not expensive compared to the average chair, you will, however, have to refer to it as "The Pod" just because you can.

Do you have rafters in your house?

Nikki - no I don't, but I'm about to go pilfer through the trash cans to see if there are any pieces of wood I can nail to the ceiling. Great idea! hehe

Is it wrong that every time I see a basket chair, I immediately think of you? Or just kind of creepy?

AHAHAHAHAHA Marcie!! I am loving your Italy pictures. Made sure to tell the Chef all about them--hint, hint. hehe

Kimbirdy...Carrie needs a raise girl :)

LPC - not creepy at all. perhaps a sign? xo

The chair is incredible, seriously. I've seen some like that before but never quite as beautiful/colorful. I can't believe I'm gonna click on the link. It's a terrible idea.

Ha, I understand why you're trying to talk yourself into it...it's awesome :)

I'm trying to talk myself into how useful this bench would be...since I have a whole room to myself in my parents house hahahaha.

If I didn't have the world's tiniest patio I'd be figuring out how to convince Jared we needed one. Now I'm delusional...

The is the most perfect little cocoon to snuggle in! Perhaps you should just throw your couch at your neighbors and hang this baby in the middle of the room?

Not only is the chair fantastic, but since I do not have a 'blanket' I want the one in that last photo on the dock! Where is that FROM????? And, of course, the chair to go with it!!

That chair is awesome. Maybe a move is necessary. But, you said you have a dishwasher now so you would have to choose between chair or dishwasher and dishwasher wins every time.

Carrie. You never fail to make me giggle. I say get one, hang it off the side of the deck, and call it a day.
